What's actually in the package?

Turf supplied and laid in your choice of buffalo, Wintergreen couch or kikuyu. Fully reticulated lawn and garden beds with Toro pop-ups. 40 plants and a feature tree in your choice of four garden styles. 17.6 metres of Corten steel edging. 2m³ of imported soil and mulch laid to 75mm. All our waste removed and the site swept.

Why new estate blocks only?

A new block is a known quantity — bare sand, level, nothing to pull out. That's what lets us hold one fixed price. An established yard has old lawn, stumps, rubble and existing retic of unknown condition underneath, so we price those individually rather than guess. We still do them, and plenty of them.

What isn't included?

The reticulation cut-in valve and the power point for the controller are quoted separately, since both are licensed trades we arrange for you. Site levelling and anything structural — retaining walls, paving, decking, fencing — are also quoted separately. We can take care of all of it as part of the same job.

What condition does my yard need to be in?

Your site needs to sit at most 50mm below all finished levels when we arrive, so there's room for our soil and turf to come up flush. The price also assumes the builder has finished the front, so there's a retic mainline to connect to and a controller on the wall. If not, we'll quote those on top.

Do I need a watering exemption for the new lawn?

Yes. Perth runs a two-day sprinkler roster and new turf needs water more often than that while it establishes. There's no automatic exemption — it goes through Water Corporation, not your council. We walk you through the application and program your controller before we leave.
